- An Annual hire fee applies to the hire of our 210kg, 45kg, 27kg, 13.5kg, and 15kg Cylinders. The fee is per year or part thereof. Please call us for the current hire fee.
- When you hire a 210 kg Cylinder from us we will require a Security Deposit of $350 per cylinder. The security deposit will be returned to you when our supply to you has been terminated in accordance with our supply agreement.
- When you hire a 210kg cylinder from us your security deposit will be forfeit should you breach the terms of our supply agreement or if we are otherwise required to remove our equipment from your premises before the end of the agreed supply term.
- If you are a residential tenant requiring 45 kg cylinders we will only charge you for the LPG that you purchase.
- The property owner will pay the annual cylinder hire regardless of whether the owner is the occupier or not. We will require the property owner to complete and authorise our cylinder hire form before the initial cylinders can be delivered.
- To keep our delivery fees FREE we deliver to certain areas on certain days. We call these on-schedule deliveries. We are not a courier or other on-demand service. Please check the day or days that we come to your area and ensure that you always have adequate stocks of LPG.
- All of us are only human and occasionally you might forget to order gas and subsequently run out. If you request an on-demand delivery, circumstances will dictate how quickly we can deliver to you. For example if you're in Sunshine but our truck is doing a delivery run in Eltham its unlikely we'll be able to get you gas the same day.
- When we respond to an on-demand delivery we may charge you the equivalent courier fee for the delivery, to cover the cost of sending our vehicle out to do just one delivery. Again circumstances will determine whether or not we charge you. We'll take into account whether is this a rare or regular occurrence relating to your account, or whether you have been unable to monitor your gas storage due to illness etc.
- If we do an on-demand delivery and charge you the fee, the current on-demand fee is $95 + GST. This is in addition to the price of the product delivered and we may request you to pay it at the time of ordering.
- We perform hundreds of deliveries every week and unfortunately cannot make individual access arrangements with each customer. A delay of 30 minutes at a customer premises can mean that another two or three customers don't get their gas delivery as promised. When you place an order you must ensure clear access on the day of delivery. If we cannot gain access to our equipment we will abort the delivery and reschedule it to be done when we are next in the area; this could be a matter of days or a week or more. If you require a delivery before our next scheduled delivery day the on-demand delivery policy will apply (see items 6 through 9).
- If you report a faulty cylinder we will ask you if it requires an emergency response or a lower level of response. We will then take action based on the information you give us. Our emergency response system is to be used only in the event of a gas leak emergency. If you invoke an emergency response for a non emergency i.e. there is no gas leak when the cylinder is disconnected, you will be charged the cost of attending your premises, by us and emergency services if required.
- If you return goods to us without our authorisation you will not be entitled to a refund unless the reason is covered by consumer law
- If you terminate your LPG supply agreement before its expiry date you will not be entitled to a refund of your deposit or any unused hire fees paid on your account. Your deposit may be used by us to pay your outstanding account, or to recover the equipment.
- If your account is not paid by the due date we may charge you a Late Payment Fee commensurate with the costs incurred in processing and funding your account. See your LPG supply agreement for further details. If you are experiencing difficulties in paying please contact us as soon as possible on 03 9743 7998 and we will try to help you manage your LPG bills.
- In most cases when you use a Credit card to make a payment or you pay us by EFTPOS you will not incur a separate merchant fee imposed on us by our bank. However in some cases you may be charged the merchant fee. We will tell you this before we process your purchase.
- We may vary our charges from time to time in line with changes to our costs. We will communicate this to our customers at their next point of purchase
